Dear ex 46F member / friend 16 March 2008

.SQUADRON RE-UNION DINNER - 12 JULY 2008

The Squadron Re-Union Dinner will be held at our Brompton Road Headquarters on 12 July 2008. The evening will start with a reception in the University of London Air Squadron bar followed by a presentation of the Squadron, past and present and a tour of the Squadron Headquarters (there’s been some changes over the years!). Guests will be seated for dinner in date order so that you all will be able to catch up with your former contemporaries!

The formal dinner with formalities will conclude at around 2200 prior to adjourning to the bar and dance floor, to round off the evening in a less formal atmosphere.

We will have photo albums going back to the very first days of the Squadron for you to view and order copies if you so wish. We will also have a formal photo taken of all the guests which will be available to take home as a memento of the evening.

Dress will be Mess Dress or Black Tie, (with miniatures) and ladies an appropriate equivalent.

At our last re-union 85 ex members attended. I’m hoping that we can achieve even more this time round, so if you are in contact with anyone who may not have received this letter please pass it on.

Formal invitations will be sent in due course; however, to aid our planning of the evening I would be grateful if you would indicate the possibility of your attending at your earliest convenience.
