JNCO COURSE – Fri 10, Mon 13 & Tue 14 Feb
The JNCO Course is by selection only. It is a vital continuation of training delivered to our senior cadets last year. It will help to provide all participants with the basic tools of being a ‘junior leader’ within this organisation and indeed the workplace. The emphasis of training is functional leadership; getting the job done and looking after your team. These life skills will be delivered by myself, Sqn Staff and guest speakers. The following cadets are expected to attend:
Cpls Murray, Kewell, Summercorn, Brade, Martin, Cdts Williams, Woodger, McGillvary, Anilfalaje, Eaton, Martin.
All SNCOs are to attend this course. You’ll be studying for Staff Cdt Part 2, the final module for your BTEC in Aviation Studies.
Any cadet in this list who is unable to attend is request an interview with the OC prior to the event.
DUKE OF
This day is designed for our junior cadets to get off the ground with their DoEAS Bronze level. It is open to all.
FLYING – Thu 16 & Fri 17 Feb
This flying will take place at RAF Benson, Cadets will selected from the list of name from the noticeboard. All cadets will need to meet our criteria for flying; attendance, subs payments, inspection results etc. Cadets will be selected to attend one day only, however some cadets will get the chance to fly on both days.
PROJECT WORK - Sat 18 Feb
All cadets who take part in a flying day will also be required to attend this day and help towards our building maintenance programme. We have several projects that require input from our cadets.
For all activities we need a parents to complete the reply slip below and returned to this office by Mon 6 Feb 05.
